A Glass of Goodness
Fall is coming in quick! These are my most absolute favorite smoothie flavors to have around this time of the year. I love making myself a yummy smoothie as a rewarding treat after pushing myself through a workout. Like just imagine how refreshing and happy the stomach will feel.
A Glass of Pumpkin Pie
You'll need:
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 cup of pureed pumpkin (I usually make my own puree)
1/2 cup of Walnuts
A dash Cinnamon
Vanilla extract (just a few drops will do)
Oat milk (or any choice of your own)
3 ice cubes
A Glass of Apple Pie
You'll need:
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 sliced apple
Almonds half a cup
1/4 cup Oatmeal
A dash Cinnamon
1 cup (this is optional) Spinach
1/2 cup of Oatmilk
Mid Day Fix
1 Mocha or chocolate scoop of protein powder
1/2 of a Banana
1 cup of chilled coffee
2 tb Coconut oil
1 tb Maca
3 ice cubes
